"I approach painting in a prayerful way, inviting the
Holy Spirit to inspire me from one color or motion to
the next. It is a dance of prayerful emotion. Many
times it is not until the final movements that I
understand the many layers that have comprised
the orchestration of the work".
The layers in this work seem to take on different
colors and movements depending on your vantage
point. At one moment the whole earth appears to
be exploding and in the next it is being remade with
all the forces of heaven drawn into its very fabric.
This work truly reveals an apocalyptic end and a
new beginning, all within the same breath of God.
Holy Spirit to inspire me from one color or motion to
the next. It is a dance of prayerful emotion. Many
